The outer shell is a synthetic fiber blend, the lining is polyester fleece, and the filling is white duck down. It works as an insulating layer even when the heating system is off.

The pants include reinforced knee panels that hold up through rugged outdoor use. The adjustable elastic waistband makes layering over base layers easy. You can disconnect the power cable and toss them in the washing machine when they need a clean.
